Come surf the beautiful beaches of Southern California with a local!

Kapowui offers professional surf lessons (private or group), paddle board lessons, surf tours, rentals of kayaks, surf boards, paddle boards, wetsuits and more.

THE LESSON:

1.5 hours and includes a soft top surf board, wetsuite, 15 minute beach lesson and an hour in the water SURFING! Beach lesson includes surf board anatomy, how to stand up, paddle for waves, surf etiquette and safety. Most beginning lessons take place at the world famous Venice Beach (just a few minutes walk from all 4 of our Venice Beach Hotels).

WHERE: Most lessons are in the Santa Monica/ Venice Beach area (close to Rose Avenue)

WHAT TO BRING: Towel, sunscreen, water and bathing suit.

PAYMENT: Cash or credit cards.

INSTRUCTORS: A staff of LA County licensed and permitted, CPR certified, insured, professional and friendly surf instructors who will ensure you a safe, fun and exciting lesson.
