All of our Venice Beach California properties are fully furnished suites. Unlike a full service hotel, we do not have room service, a bell boy, concierge or a restaurant on-site, instead our Venice Beach locations go the extra mile to bridge the gap between hotel and home. With incredible ocean views, affordable rates and full kitchens in every apartment we offer guests the chance to live like a local in comfort and style.

Q. How close are you to the beach?

A. We are located directly on the Venice Beach Boardwalk.


Q. Does the kitchen come with a full stove/ kitchenware?

A. We provide fully fitted separate eat in kitchens. You will have a 2 burner cooktop, a microwave, a coffee machine, toasteroven, pots, plates, glassware, etc.


Q. What size beds are in the rooms?

A. All of our beds are queen sized.  The one bedroom units also have a full sized sleeper sofa. Rollaway beds are available at an additional cost.  Baby cribs are available at no additional cost.


Q. Is there an additional fee if more people stay in a room?

A. The room rate is fixed regardless of how many people stay in the room.


Q. How many people can stay in each room?

A. the apartments sleep people in a studio or penthouse and 4 people in a one bedroom.


Q. Is there any other facilities or services on site.

A. This is a converted apartment complex offering self service, fully furnished apartments. We are not a traditional hotel. However, there are scores of great restaurants, retail stores and other sevices within walking distance.


Q. Do you have air conditioning?

A. Only Venice Breeze Suites has air conditioning. We have fans and ocean breezes. Air conditioning is rarely needed.


Q. Is check-in possible if I arrive in the early morning or late at night?

A. Arriving any time is no problem. We have limited hours at the front desk, but we give everyone an access code to open assigned lockbox which will contain your room keys so arriving any time is no problem.


Q. What time can I check-in and check-out?

A. Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 12 Noon. Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and can only be determined on the day of arrival or departure. We are happy to store your luggage during either situation subject to available space in our luggage storage closet.


Q. What is the cancellation policy?

A. We require 3 days proir to arrival date notice to cancel or modify your reservation.  A full refund of the first night deposit will be received if this time frame is observed.


Q. Is there daily maid service?

A. Maid service is only provided on stays of 7 days or more. Maid service can be arranged for a fee of $30 per visit.


Q. Is there parking?

A. Parking is available off-site at Venice Suites for an additional fee.  There is no parking at Venice Breeze Suites.  However we do provide a map with listing nearby street parking and public pay lots.

Q. Are there any additional fees?

A. There are no additional fees.


Q. What is the best way to get there from the airport?

A. You can hail a cab at the airport. It will cost $25 - $35 and take 20 mins - 40 mins depending on traffic. You could also get the Pacific Coast Shuttle Bus for approx $17 per person. Officials outside arrivals will direct you to the correct terminal. For regular bus information call 1 800 COMMUTE for a live operator who will give you bus information for all of Los Angeles.
